Terms and Conditions of Service for Reformer LDN Limited

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Reformer LDN Limited ("we," "our," "us"), located at Unit 1.2 Rosewood Builing, Shoreditch Exchange, Gorsuch Place, London, E2 8HU. By booking and participating in our classes, sessions, or any other services, you ("client," "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Procedures:
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at the studio.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received.
2.2 Payment Methods:
Payment can be made online via our booking system using credit/debit cards or other available payment options.
We also accept payments in person at the studio.
2.3 Packages and Memberships:
We offer various class packages and membership options, which are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.
Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Class Cancellations by the Client:
Clients may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class time will be charged in full.
Cancellations can be made via our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly.
3.2 Class Cancellations by Reformer LDN:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made for the cancelled class will be credited towards future bookings or refunded upon request.
3.3 Refunds:
Refunds are not generally offered except in exceptional circumstances, as determined at our discretion. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Health Screening:
All clients must complete a health and fitness screening questionnaire before attending their first class. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or other concerns that may affect your participation in our classes.
We reserve the right to require medical clearance from your healthcare provider if deemed necessary.
4.2 Participation:
By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of performing the exercises involved. You agree to follow the instructor’s guidance and to use the equipment safely and responsibly.
4.3 Liability:
Reformer LDN Limited is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of participating in our classes or using our facilities, except where such liability is imposed by law.
5. Studio Etiquette
5.1 Punctuality:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your class. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class if it would disrupt the session.
5.2 Hygiene:
Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and to clean equipment after use with the sanitizing wipes provided.
5.3 Behavior:
We expect all clients to treat our staff, freelancers, and other clients with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the premises.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 Data Collection:
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes data collected during bookings, health screenings, and through our website.
6.2 Data Use:
Your personal data will be used only for purposes related to the delivery of our services, including communication regarding your bookings, and for marketing purposes if you have opted in.
6.3 Data Security:
We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Reformer LDN Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
