Under the guidance of your instructor, you’ll build a strong foundation that supports your long-term fitness journey, focusing on strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.

ELEVATE

Take your Powerformer Pilates practice to new heights with Elevate. Designed for those who’ve mastered the basics, this class introduces more dynamic and challenging movements to boost your strength, flexibility, and coordination. Elevate helps you reach new fitness milestones while deepening your connection to the practice. With each session, you’ll enhance your abilities and feel empowered to tackle more complex exercises with confidence.

POWER

Unleash your full potential with Power, our most advanced Pilates class. Tailored for those eager to push their limits, Power elevates Reformer Pilates with high-intensity, strength-focused movements. Expect to build serious strength, enhance endurance, and sharpen coordination as you master complex exercises on the Powerformer machine. This class is for those committed to achieving peak performance and pushing their practice to new heights.

Note: Power is not suitable for beginners or during pregnancy due to the intensity and complexity of the movements.

Ignite (Jumpboard)

Ignite your Pilates routine with our Jump Board class, perfect for all fitness levels. This dynamic session combines the cardio benefits of the jump board with the strength and stability of Powerformer Pilates. Expect a heart-pumping workout that enhances coordination, boosts endurance, and keeps you engaged from start to finish. Whether you’re new to the jump board or aiming to level up, Ignite is adaptable to your pace while offering a rewarding challenge.

Note: Suitable for all levels but not recommended during pregnancy due to its high-impact nature.

Nurture (Pre/Postnatal)
