FIRST TIME

 First Time at Reformer LDN?

It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous before your first class, but don’t worry—you’re not alone! We often have first-timers in class, and our instructors are here to make sure you feel comfortable and confident. Just let us know when you arrive, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

How to Get Started

For all newcomers, we recommend starting with our Welcome Pack. It's the perfect way to dive into Powerformer Pilates for the first time, and you’ll even get a free pair of grip socks (normally £12)!

Booking your first session is super simple through our online system Momence. Just remember to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class so we can get you settled in and ready to go. Your Welcome Pack is valid for 14 days, giving you plenty of time to experience all we have to offer!

What to Wear

Grip socks are a must for every class—not just for hygiene but also for your safety. Don’t worry though, your Welcome Pack includes a complimentary pair of our branded grip socks, ready for you to collect on your first visit.

As for clothing, go for something that’s comfortable and easy to move in. Whether it’s leggings, shorts, or your favourite workout top, just wear what makes you feel confident and free to move.

What to Expect

We recommend starting with our Foundations class to get comfortable with the Powerformer and master the key movements. However, if you’ve done Reformer Pilates before and are feeling confident, you’re welcome to dive straight into one of our signature Powerformer Pilates sessions.

When you arrive, make sure to get here a few minutes early. This gives us time to show you around the studio, hand you your free pair of grip socks, and ensure you're ready to go. Don’t be shy—introduce yourself to your instructor before class, and they’ll help you get comfortable with the machine.
