Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. However, if you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates, we strongly encourage starting with our Fundamental classes. These sessions will help you learn the basics and build a solid foundation before progressing to our Elevate and Power classes.
We recommend arriving no earlier than 10 minutes before your class starts, as we don’t have a dedicated reception area. Please wait until the previous class has finished before entering the studio to ensure a smooth transition and a focused environment for everyone. Please be respectful of our neighbours whilst waiting to enter the Studio.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
You must cancel, using the online booking system at least 12 hours before your class to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else on the waitlist.
Joining the waitlist gives you the best chance of getting into a fully booked class. If a spot opens up, you'll be automatically added and notified. However, if a spot opens within 3 hours of the class starting, it will become available for "fastest finger" sign-up, where the first person to claim it gets in. So, keep an eye on your email or app notifications!
If you arrive later than 5 minutes after your class has started you won’t be able to enter the studio for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting the class. Please aim to arrive on time to get the full experience and avoid missing out.
We don’t have dedicated changing rooms or showers, but we do have two toilet cubicles with enough space to get changed if absolutely needed. If you haven’t been able to arrive ready to go, please be mindful of being ready to start your class on time to avoid disrupting the instructor or your classmates. We recommend arriving dressed for your workout to make things smoother for everyone.
Our opening hours vary each day but generally fall between 6:30 am and 8:30 pm. The best way to stay updated on class times is to check our timetable for the most accurate schedule.
